1).Be sure clean the surface,eliminates greasy dirt,rust,oxide skin etc.
2).If the lacquer has foreign substance,must filter.
3).Brush,air spray.Use x-10 polyurethanes diluent,don¡¯t use alcohol kind,ammonia kind menstruum and sparse nitro group Buddhism agent.
4).Before use,fit two sets according to the required proportion,don¡¯t mingle too much once a time ,use up them in 4 hours(23+-20C) in order to avoid gelling.
5).While air humidity greater than 85% or the bottom material's temperature is lower than dew point time 30C had better not construction.
6).This lacquer can dry in homoiothermy,or bake 1h under 1200C+-20C condition.
7).That second component,be obliged to appropriate storage,container seal off tight,guard against that lacquer, avoid seepage and leakage, makes lacquer gelling go bad.
6.Transport,storage
When transporting,Prevent from rain,Prevent Sunlight suns violently,Avoid collision,should according to the traffic regulations.
Storage in the cool ventilation,dry place,prevent sunlight from irradiating directly,Isolated fire source,far away from a heat source.
7.Safety protects
Space has fine ventilation facilities,the staff wear glasses,glove,gauze mask,avoid skin contacting and sucking lacquer fog in. The scene strictly forbids fireworks.
