Epoxy zinc anticorrosive primer
1.Composed:Epoxy resin,zinc powder,solvent and amine curing agent primer.
2.Characteristic:Preservative function of that lacquer is outstanding,adhesion is strong,zinc powder contents are high in lacquer film,the water-proof function is outstanding.
3.Use:Do supporting priming paint highly valuing preservative coating,be used for boat and ship,port facilities,bridge, steel structure,oil drilling platform and chemical industry equipment etc.

1).The thing's surface which is scribbled must be without oxide skin,rust,greasy dirt etc.
2).Bottom material's temperature must overtop dew point 30C,when the bottom material's temperature is lower than 50C, the lacquer film is solidified, therefore,it's inadvisable to use.
3).A group share must stir homogeneously after openning,and then pour second set into a group share under mixing according to matching ratio,drift along dividing evenly,be placed quietly, sufficiently,curing and add the appropriate amount diluent after 30mins,Tune extremely Viscosity being under construction.
4).The paint should runs out within 6 hours after commixure.
5).The brush scribbles,the air flame plating,rolling spread may be equal.
6).it must stir unceasingly in order to avoid depositing in process.

6.Transport,storage
When transporting,Prevent from rain,Prevent Sunlight suns violently,Avoid collision,should according to the traffic regulations.
Storage in the cool ventilation,dry place,prevent sunlight from irradiating directly,Isolated fire source,far away from a heat source.
7.Safety protects
Space has fine ventilation facilities,the staff wear glasses,glove,gauze mask,avoid skin contacting and sucking lacquer fog in. The scene strictly forbids fireworks.
