1).The front lacquer film should have no the greasy dirt,moisture content and dust etc.outside, must dry in clean environment.
2).Must use chlorinating rubber special use diluent,to adjust the viscosity being under construction.
3).Scribble dress method: The air flame plating,the brush spread or roll,if need no air spray you need the thick pulp type chlorinating rubber lacquer my factory produce.
4).Theory spreads rates: The film favors 35um 125-140g/m2.
5).Suggest 2 times,the film favor 60-80um. Front paint: Be encircled by oxygen iron oxide red,cloud iron rust protection,antirust chlorinating rubber lacquer waits.
6.Transport,storage
When transporting,Prevent from rain,Prevent Sunlight suns violently,Avoid collision,should according to the traffic regulations.
Storage in the cool ventilation,dry place,prevent sunlight from irradiating directly,Isolated fire source,far away from a heat source.
7.Safety protects
Space has fine ventilation facilities,the staff wear glasses,glove,gauze mask,avoid skin contacting and sucking lacquer fog in. The scene strictly forbids fireworks.
